Job Overview:

 As a CPO/CMO, you will be defining, executing, and delivering a technology roadmap that expands our product offerings and delivers new experiences to our customers.You will help drive technology innovation in the form of products, features, and platforms. You will help create and drive the long-term strategy, vision, and roadmap, with a high degree of ownership over critical features and the member experience.

Responsibilities:

·      Primary responsibility will be the overall success of Purewrist’s product portfolio as well as setting and executing its strategy.

·      Be the payment expert. Be knowledgeable about industry trends, integrate advances into the products and our portfolio strategy.

·      Lead product management, product commercialization, network relationship and development.

·      Develop and manage product plans, product roadmaps based on market conditions, go-to-market plans, competitive assessments.

·      Lead advance analytics/metrics, product marketing and market research.

·      Align product vision with the business’ short and long-term goals

·      Help provide inspirational leadership and nurture a cohesive, supportive and highly effective team.

·      Working with external partners - help identify, negotiate with, and onboard partners to integrate with solution.Incorporate build vs buy evaluation when possible.

·      Define internal process flows for product delivery; standardize end-to-end delivery plan.

·      Target behaviors and understand motivational drivers of behavior that will result in more effective strategies.

·      Develop, deliver and commission best-in-class customer experience and provide answers to the most important questions facing our organization.

·      Measure the success of our product portfolio through business responsibility for generating results achieving our revenue growth plans and customer retention goals.

·      Create use cases and assist in development of pricing models for each product offering.
